Welding robots are being installed
for the further up gradation of this shop.
Processing a wide range of hi-tech equipment
and highly advanced machines, the plants are
capable of handling complex welding
operations.
Our Machines are
well equipped to weld Nut ranging from 4mm
to 12mm and weld fillet from 2mm to 5 mm.
Maximum thicknesses of Sheets welded at
present is upto 8mm.
All Welding Strength
test including Fillet test, Nugget Test,
Weld penetration are done to ensure the
Quality of Weld Joints. All Assemblies are
100% gauged on Caliberated Gauges as per
customer requirement.
